Is this 2010 Volkswagen GTI worth buying?

Hey guys! New member here and i've been looking at buying a 2010 Volkswagen GTI 2.0T with 154k miles. The car looks like it has been very well maintained and has all the paperwork to back it up. I'm wondering if it is worth paying $8000 for a 2010 with 154k miles. I will add pics of the car and all the services and mods done to it.

If I had that, I'd sell it for about that much... price is fair I'd say.
Definitely a great car it seems...KW coilovers must be awesome.
