dont matter, hes fucked. if you pick up a girl at a bar thats underage your still at fault even though you'd think she was over 21 being at a bar. the same goes for taking the word of an underage hooker in your dark motel as you lay in bed naked thinking that shes legal. plus if it were to go to court her credibility is about as solid as LT's at this point so her sticking up for him may not go very far.
