Had to drop off my Ranger to get the tow hitch installed since it finally came in.
While there, noticed a Ford Gulf Mustang. I normally do not like the big matte black spoilers and side skirts. The Gulf had carbon fiber pieces and looked good.
119 will be made and I guess only sold through my local dealer.

That actually looks kinda nice. Growing up, I was indoctrinated (for reasons unknown at this late date) into believing Gulf gasoline was bad, that it had impurities, etc. No clue why that was the case, but I believed it and didn't buy Gulf until many years later. Weird.

It's still a limited edition just not a factory limited edition which as you said makes a difference.

Dealer is not doing this.
They do not have facilities.
Not sure who but dealer has strong contacts with Hennessey.
So likely Hennessey.
They also do Velociraptor projects with the F150 and Ranger.
They have a 6 wheel Velociraptor truck.

Agree the wording special edition might be for OE product but this car is far better looking that Shelby and Rousch type cars. They always look like parts taped on. The carbon fiber on this car looks very nice. The rear wing/spoiler is sharp.
800hp should make is special all by itself.
