Hi,
I have an issue with front parking sensors in the rain. Each time it rains the front parking sees something right in front of the car even if there's nothing. The auto-activation of parking assistant means I get beeping every stop sign and every red on the signal light.
For some reason it's always the same sensor - center right sensor (from the drivers side, or center left sensor from the front) . I tried cleaning it with a microfibre cloth, cleaning it with a car cleaning solution, wiping it down before each drive but nothing really works. It goes off every time it rains and my car even press the brakes sometimes when parking because of it.
I visually inspected the parking sensor and cables behind it and they do seem OK. I never got any error on the dashboard, diagnostics are clean and local dealer didn't find any issues (it didn't rain that day).
Do you have the same issue? Is there anything that I could do to help dealer find the issue? I have MY2023.
