POLE - Dark or white turkey meat?

White meat only for me; but it has to be cooked properly (not dried out).

Had the best turkey I've ever had this Thanksgiving, we actually grilled it and the white meat was so juicy and flavorful it literally burst juice when you cut into it.

My dad grills one every year, it's delicious and so moist that way. Deep fried is also obviously awesome.

White meat is better when it's fresh, dark is better leftover. Turkey legs are awesome.
