Got the sensors swapped and new file flashed. Did a haldex service and also installed a dog bone insert. Turns out I have the wrong version for the lower so if anyone is interested I’ll put it up for sale

Get a Powerflex Hybrid puck.

Swapped in a new PCV yesterday. And did a little custom work on the engine cover. What do you guys think? I’d like to do something with the racing line box as well.

Love the build man! I just picked up a '16 Sepang Blue and an M520h with plans to build the engine like you. Really cool to see your progress and the issues along the way. Did you ever get to dyno the engine? Can't wait to see the build "finished" - if builds are ever considered finished at all haha.

Appreciate it! I have not dynoed yet. I was considering dyno time when I tune for e85. I can still see I’m losing a few pounds of boost at the manifold.
