RAW and Photomatix

So every time i load raw images into photomatix, they end up pink, wtf?

Is it color space settings? sRGB vs. Adobe RGB
Settings on my camera?
anybody?

Edit: Adding Example Image - Output from HDR Render in Photomatix, the input images showed up more pink/magenta, but they show up fine in photoshop, it's just photomatix i think..

are you having photomatix automatically choose your white balance?

is the finished HDR photo still pink after you've dialed in your settings and run the program?

getting read to walk out the door so i can't upload an example, but yes after the processing the final still has a pink tint. the white balance settings are "As Shot" in photomatix.

Update your photomatix to the latest version fixes that..

Do you know the most current version? (i.e.: 3.0.2.1.)

3.1 is the current version.

3.0 is the version that fixed this problem for me. Are you using a XSI by any chance?

Its a common problem specific to the XSI.

I get it on some shots. I shoot in RAW + JPEG so in case the RAW stuffs up, you can still use the jpeg in an HDR.

Well there's gotta be a way to rectify the issue, a setting somewhere I hope. I'll do some research and settings trial and error when I get home. I can only imagine it being a setting on the camera though. If not then well, that's just gay. Lol
