Rear badge inlays - what y'all think?

Anyone ever paint the underlay piece or know where to get a paint-matched one? Thinking that might look more seamless than the individual pieces.

Does anyone have a good shop for these inlays? The shops mentioned here have insane shipping prices to the Netherlands(more than the price of the actual pieces of vinyl)... I don't want to pay $50 for about 1 euro worth of Vinyl.

I think the paint-matched inlays look great on any color. Especially white

Now that looks great because you blacked out the VW emblem. It looks like crap with the chrome emblem.

Now I'm not sure if I'll do the plaid or go your way
