Satnav favourites disappearing

Hi,

Has anyone else had a problem with favourites stored in the satnav deleting automatically? When we got the car a few months ago we added several locations as favourites and one by one they have disappeared.

Hardware is H61, software 1900, navigation database 23.6

I guess you haven't found out why! I have asked my dealer to look into it, but am not hopeful.

Tend to use Google Maps via Android Auto, but have used the VW satnav sometimes. I've added lots of favourites, so far none have disappeared.

Thanks. I don't know why they go of their own accord - it could be specific to my software/hardware version.

No, it could be due to software version which in my case is 1896.
