Sending destinations from "We Connect" app to car

Does anyone know how to do this? The app seems to work but when I select a destination in that app and say "use on vehicle" it often doesn't work. Then a couple of days later it comes through on the car ... or not. I seem to be able to force it sometimes by saving as a favourite on the app and manually syncing the user in the car, but it would be useful if it just popped up in the car when I turned it on - like it sometimes seems to do.

How do you select a destination? I don’t seem to have that option available.

Lookat the map in the app and search by address or hold you finger on a point on the map
