Hi all,new to the group
ive got an ed30 gti with an annoying knock at low speed from the suspension
ive replaced the top mounts the springs,having one break,replaced track rods bottom ball joints,and recently both suspension bushes,still got the knocking,any ideas,doing my head in

Is the knock in the front, back, left, or right side of the vehicle? Noise from the front subframe is pretty common on the MKV since there's extra wiggle room to make assembly easier. You can usually expect to hear this when transitioning between reverse and drive or vice versa. At least that's how it is for me.

Can’t really tell where it’s coning from
Can only hear it in the car
Not on the outside

My go to is jack it up and start shaking parts with my hands to find whats loose.
