Actually, since FDR, its become American tradition to force people to create a "retirement" account, that can only be held by the government. That money is still supposed to belong to the worker, but the government "borrows" from it, interest free, and does not provide any return. Sorry, but when the government takes 22% of a workers paycheck, is it really the business exploiting them?

What I tell people:- all it does is tell your immune system to recognise it & then its up to your immune system to fight Covid if you come into contact with it, & it lessens the chances of you getting seriously ill & ending up in ICU. This is critical as the health service has very little spare capacity, therefore reducing the number of people needing ICU is a good thing.

However many people have immune systems which are worse than they think, eg high stress can affect healthy people & that reduces your immune systems responses.

The shot/jab/vaccine doesn't make you 100% immune, & you can still spread it, just as your body is fighting it, the viral load you breathe out is reduced (compared to unvaccinated), therefore you spread less, not "0%".

Common sense would be that people who are vaccinated wouldn't try to force unvaccinated people to get a vaccine. If you're vaccinated you're protected. Now, people are afraid of the boogey virus, and even though they are vaccinated, they want to force everyone else to do it. Funny its happening in Europe, like they learned nothing from the 1930s / 1940s and the resulting Nuremburg Code.

Yes, because random non-medical people on Twitter that do not provide a name of their "gym partner" are reliable sources for COVID data.

Here's an alternate theory: her "gym partner" had a previous COVID infection. COVID is known to cause blood clots. So, one of these COVID blood clots released into her "gym partners" blood stream and went to his brain, causing a stroke. It had nothing to do with the vaccine. That's assuming any of her story is even true - which is a huge leap on its own.

Thanks for the welcome. Nope, just a GTI owner that found the Golf/GTI forum in a google search and just happened upon this thread in a list of new posts. I'm fairly passionate about both cars and COVID.

Of course it's the business. The government is not an independent entity and acts in the interest of big business. The paycheck extortion by the government is used to finance wars that businesses profit from. Moreover, the gubment created the social security extortion scheme to take from the worker, not from the business.
Lots of companies offer matching 401k's, wherein companies take money they are actually due for the labor provided and use for their own market transactions. Yes, participation is voluntary, but super encouraged. Business will never encourage workers to do something that will hurt the business.
