The Vortech kit with Perrin tuning is by far the best SC option and maybe the best FI option period. They sell 3 versions: 240WHP, 300WHP, and the 350WHP kit will be out this summer.

The 240WHP kit (stock is about 175WHP) cost just under $5k.
