Reminds me of the first GTRs that had launch control “bans” and they denied the claim for a broken trans because launch control was used even though you were supposed to be able to track the car provided you changed fluids after every event.

First Chevy dealer I worked at had a kid with a smoked Vette clutch and then photos surfaces of him in the burnout box.

Didn’t GM did this when the airbags were going off on Camaro’s and Caddy’s? “Track” package cars.

I’d say if the car is advertised as “track” ready or has a “drift” mode then they should honor it.
