Wait, this dude is a Marine? Explains a lot. They heavily bought into Trumpism and the alternate reality required for it to work.

I appreciate your considerate approach. I never said we should stand by. All I was ever throwing out there was that we aren't just sending Ukraine weapons, we are instigating war without declaring war. It's a typical proxy war that drains more of our tax money to be used however the government wants to spend it with no regard to what we want. Cutting off oil supplies isn't helping the world. A good amount of Europe is losing heat and electricity while Russia is just selling it elsewhere, the media tells us Putin is failing and suffering and about to fold and it's ridiculous lies. There's evidence he's doing the same if not better than before. Putin wants those regions back, most of which elect to want to be part of Russia anyway. Nato doesn't want that for Ukraine, whether Ukraine does or doesn't I'm sure there's a split opinion, the way Putin has gone about things is strategic, he doesn't want war but is prepared. The US just wants Nato to grow so we can ultimately dominate the world and I agree we should support Ukraine but for different reasons than what the government wants to support Ukraine for.
Sir, you are grossly uninformed, or misinformed. Putin invaded and we (and the world) is much better off when he’s ended. He’s a bad guy, do you understand that?

But these assholes don't care about diplomacy. So about every 80 years...war
Much more frequent than that, depending on who and where. I think you’re taking a very complicated issue and trying to simplify, but there’s so much nuance. Putin invaded Ukraine and has his military committing war crimes. That shit needs to stop or it spreads. We should have stopped him at Crimea.

With the signing of Lend-Lease in March 1941, shipments of Spam were included in the aid transported to Great Britain and the Soviet Union. It was gratefully accepted by both the military and civilian populations. Future British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, then a teenager working in her parents’ grocery store, called it “a war-time delicacy.” On Boxing Day (the day after Christmas) 1943, she recalled, “We had friends in and … we opened a tin of Spam luncheon meat. We had some lettuce and tomatoes and peaches, so it was Spam and salad.” And Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev wrote in his autobiography, “Without Spam, we wouldn’t have been able to feed our army.”*
