We Connect is total pants.

I’ve had enough of We Connect. It regularly stops working, which is possibly related to software updates (and we all know that VW’s software is pants). I keep deleting the app and downloading it again - which would usually gets it to work for a while. But no longer! I have decided to permanently delete the app. Good riddance .

I haven’t had a problem with it at all apart from occasionaly saying the car is unlocked when it isn’t. So I just unlock it and then lock it again, update and it’s ok again. Everything else works. Never had to delete the app and reload it again .

It’s probably because the data connection in the car is running on the equivalent of 2g or some other slow crap

I did a chronograph, from pressing we connect app button (android) it took 1minute 10 seconds to activate auxiliary heater (webasto).
