Is it some limited edition model or just something somebody made up? I have never seen nor heard of anything like this (doesn't mean it's not real) so I assume it's just a one off.

Dealer vinyl wrapped the car in an attempt to sell it - it seems.

Something I'd expect at a Chevy dealer, not an Acura dealer.
