Why are new posts removed so quickly?

I've noticed that lately threads are removed from "new posts" not long after they've been posted, like only a couple hours. Has it always been this way and I'm just noticing?

My "unread posts" disappear if I refresh the menu.

Are yall using tapatalk too?

Not using tapatalk. Just noticing posts don't last as "new" very long. Doesn't seem to be a consistent interval of time either. Seems pretty random.

Not using tapatalk either, I usually get the message "there are no new threads in the last 24 hours" message so I go sort through the old stuff

Suggestion for the moderators or whoever's in charge: The forum would be a lot more efficient and easier to navigate if new posts would last at least 24 hours. Just my $.02...

There is 'today's posts' on the website, but I agree Tapatalk can be frustrating.

There's the answer. Didn't know about "Today's posts". I guess new posts are different for everyone depending on how often you visit the forum.
