Can you recommend a good VW dealer?
You've dealt with East Coast VW in Englewood Cliffs? How has their service been? I have had nothing but the most terrible experiences with them. I have a quest... for a good, reliable, expert, trustworthy, careful VW dealer. So far, with two VWs and 10 years of ownership of each, I have yet to have a single positive dealer experience. I've tried Three County VW and Joe Heidt. They might be well-meaning, but they always seem to be a bit confused, sloppy and have no idea about "quality control".
