A factory weight Audi S3 goes 12.1@114mph with OEM K04 turbo & GIAC Extreme software!

RS Power team in Greece recently attended the 1st AMOTOE-OMAE Championship Drag Race 2012 event and competed in the “True Street” category with their GIAC Extreme powered Audi S3. For the runs, the car was equipped with:

GIAC Extreme K04 software with race mode
VF-Engineering K04 intake
BCS suspension
3" BCS Exhaust
Autotech HPFP
RS4 pressure regulator
Water methanol injection system
Full interior
Factory S3 wheels and tires.
Stock DSG trans/mechatronic

They were the fastest in the True Street category with a best time of 12.1 @ 114.89 mph (184.89 km/h) with a 1.878 60’ time.

Congratulations to RS Powerteam for setting one of the fastest stock turbo ¼ mile times on the high output 2.0T FSI platform!

Yes. It is currently only offered on the high output TFSI engines (Audi S3, Golf R, GTI ED30/Pirelli, Seat Leon Cupra R, etc...).

TFSI =/= FSI. TFSI is in the Golf R, hence forth it should be here.
