TFSI is the engine found in the MKVI Golf R. FSI is not the same as TFSI. S3 and Golf R are of the same class, just as the A3 and MKV are relatively the same.

Yes. It is currently only offered on the high output TFSI engines (Audi S3, Golf R, GTI ED30/Pirelli, Seat Leon Cupra R, etc...).

The ed30 and 35 have the ea113 ko4 motor

All the acronyms don't matter since technically by vw's newer naming system the ea113 k04 motor is a tsi

TFSI = EA888 With Valve lift (German advanced "VTECH")
Golf R, S3, etc = EA113 with minor (yet important) advancements

The EA888 replaced the EA113 but the EA113 is still in production coupled with the K04 compressor.
