Depends on the job.

Can I change a clutch? Sure. Have I done it before multiple times? Sure. Did I consider doing it for even a second when the GTI needed a new clutch? Fucking Nope.

For me it was a carbon cleaning. The intake manifold is easy enough to pull, I just didn’t want to deal with the mess. Also had a water pump installed at the same time because I feel like I’m driving a time bomb with 164k miles on the original.

I don't think we have any here anymore, and it's a bummer. We were in VA a few years ago and found one, but lo and behold you can't get fried chicken before 11AM... it should be illegal to be a chicken place and not have chicken when the doors are unlocked
