Just read some super interesting things about high intensity interval training. For best results you should keep your max heart rate in the 85% or above range minimum. Which basically means balls out on whatever you are doing. I've been maybe in the 80% range during my workouts and it feels pretty crazy. Blaaaaah.
I think I've gained two pounds in the past few weeks, which is good. My goal is to be 160 by the end of summer.
