Iceberg Beer, made from real icebergs off the coast of Newfoundland. A neighbor brought some of these home while he was there a few months ago and I took some up to the cottage. Fan-fucking-tastic!
Fun fact: since the bottles are so distinct and purrrty, the company that makes the beer offers 20 cents per bottle returned instead of the usual 10. I guess people have been keeping a lot of the empties.
tough, tough choice... but I'd have to say my top five are:
5- yueng ling lager - east coast-ish and oldest brewery in the US
4- youngs double chocolate stout - Britain/UK
3- rogue nut brown nectar- Oregon/Pacific NW
2- Mac-n-Jack's Elephant Ale - keg/bar only, Seattle/pacific northwest
1- Guinness -- best one straight from the tap at the factory in Ireland
