Banana pancakes with sauteed ham/apples/onions.

Gonna make some meatballs tonight.

Beef, eggs, crumbs, mint, Thai peppers

Add some sautéed onion

Put it outside to cool a bit. Then I gotta roll em.
I'm thinking adding some sauce, and spreading over mashed potatoes.

I have a texture issue with onion in meat like burgers and meatballs. Love garlic tho. I’m weirdly picky.

you need onions in a burger for flavor. a lot of places just chop them up very finely but they're definitely in there.

That looks like very good bread. I would eat that bread with some raw garlic and bacon.
