Correct, and in those cases it is still the Africa plate that replaces the PCV, not the catch can.

Some people clean their MAF every oil change. Personally, I think thats over kill. But it definitely should be done at some point. Even the best intake filter is still going to let some fine dust and other particles settle on the sensor over time.

Get some of this:

Throw your MAF in a ziploc bag and spray it down and let it swish around in the liquid, let it dry. You're all set.

ALK is installed. Will do the fender screw mod in the morning and then put the wheels back on. l‘ll update build thread with driving impressions. hopefully my alignment is okay.

For the curious the weight of the arms with the bushings and brackets on is.

GTI - 7 lbs 12.4oz
Passat - 6 lbs 3.7oz

So hardly anything but it’s so nice having the new bushings in and being able to swap the arms out. I might press new ones into the GTI arms and sell them.
