I think there is a reserve. Usually it'll say "No Reserve" on the listing, where this doesn't say that anywhere. Example:

Yeah I still talk with Keehs and he’s happy with his setup. I can’t get him to drive up and hit some twisties though. Would love to see how his car does in the hills.
