I'd get the E90. S4 just isn't exciting to drive. Very nice and very fast, but not exciting.

Agreed totally, but they're both viewed as douche cars, just pointing that out. I don't care about what stigmas exist or what people think about my car, I buy my cars for me.

Dunno about that, there is just a more limited market. S4 you basically do the $1500 APR stage 2+ pulley and call it a day, M3 has more options but they're all $$$ too.

But if I go with the S4 I'll be going with GIAC as they have programming for the 7spd Trans as well & I'll be doing more than just a pulley upgrade to the S4 if I get it.

AA uses an HKS head unit I don't particularly like and obviously not has widely used. ESS uses a Vortech head unit.

VF also uses a Vortech unit (click on link in post #51) As for Active Auto Werke I probably wouldn't go with them as I'm not sure about the effectiveness & of there air to air IC.
