I Found another Page with these slot. http://www.passatworld.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1969049

This one looks also great. I need it :D :D :D

Do i have to edit something after ordering or is this one exactly the one of the picture?

Is it this one? http://enfigcarstereo.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/media/METRA_99_9011.jpg

You linked to the metra kit. I have the same American International kit as the Passat in the pictures and I can confirm it is a high quality kit. The only thing I don't like is the texture. I'm planning on ordering a second kit so I can sand it and paint it flat black to better match the rest of the dash. The pictures I've seen of the Metra kit would seem to indicate that the plastic is a better match for the GTI dash, but the kit itself is of lower quality.

The Metra kit is flat but has gap issues.

The AI kit is textured but fits perfect.

Both you have to cut the "single din bar" out of the middle with a pair of clippers.

They are a universal Single / Double DIN dash kit.

The bluetooth module is the BTB200 - http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?search=btb200&i=130BTB200

It is $179 at Crutchfield.

It plugs into the back of the D3 and then you just have to ground it and give it power (I just cut the leads and wired them into the group of ground / power for my D3, etc.)

That's it.

By far it is easier to do it all when you are installing the D3 but it isn't hard to do later. I ran my microphone up infront of my cluster and it works great there.
